We created a comprehensive set of 36 books across four courses – Drums, Vocals, Piano & Guitar – for one of Mumbai’s most premier music academies.

The idea was to make music education engaging and accessible for young learners, without compromising the depth and rigour of the curriculum.

Every book followed a consistent visual language, creating a cohesive identity across the entire series.

Bright colours, playful illustrations and lively layouts brought every page to life, making the learning experience more inviting and less like a conventional textbook.

The content was thoroughly researched and structured for educational relevance, but we wanted learning to go beyond the syllabus. Interesting trivia, lesser-known facts and relevant quotes were woven into the lessons to spark curiosity and give students a richer understanding of the world of music.

The books were designed to encourage learning by doing. Worksheets, exercises and fun games were integrated into the lessons, giving students an opportunity to practise concepts, test their understanding and engage with the subject beyond simply reading.

The result was more than a collection of textbooks. By bringing lessons, practice, activities, trivia, games and notes together, each book became a complete learning companion – giving students everything they needed to practise and grow their musical skills, all in one place.
